USG FLEX 700 Cannot Sync AD from WIN2019

I am unable to connect the USG Flex 700 to Active Directory from Windows Server 2019. The connection between the USG Flex 700 and Active Directory is intended to go through IPSec Site-to-Site VPN.

I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this issue. Thank you

    Because the AD is at the remote site over IPSec VPN, try to configure a static route on USG Flex 700.
    Destination IP: 192.168.20.0
    Subnet Mask: 255.255.254.0
    Interface: Select the lan interface which is the local policy configured for Site-to-Site VPN
