Zyxel VMG3925-B10C Firmware Upgrade

I want to upgrade the firmware on my VMG3925-B10C router. The older firmware version is V5.13(AAVF.10)X4 and I want to upgrade it to V5.13(AAVF.18)C0.

I followed the instructions however "Firmware Upgrade" option is available in the "Maintenance" menu, I have also attached the screenshot of that interface please help me in this regard in upgrading my firmware as soon as possible. Thanks

    I think this :

    You have an "X" but not a "C" in the firmware name , so this might be a special branded firmware .

    You should try first to login over ssh if this is possible there is a chance to update original firmware .

    And what does the "X" mean in my current firmware version, is that router locked or not? Can you please guide me because I don't know much about it just guessing.

    Current firmware version= V5.13(AAVF.10)X4
