Hello

i see that the sys light blinking red and green. The system seems works nornally

How can i undestand the problem?

    Hi @Luc999,

    The SYS LED should be Green Blinking or RED. It seems a hardware issue if SYS LED is blinking red. You can contact your reseller for RMA. Here is the LED status for your reference.

    Blinking red light on a LED that should be only green and not blinking: could be either a hardware or a firmware problem.

    Example of hardware issue: Fan failure or impending fail.

    Example of firmware or config issue: incorrect configuration command or firmware error.

    You will be asked by one of the Zyxel team members to send a console log in private message. You could also read your console log to see if you notice what is wrong.
