The Implementation and Benefits of Auto-Renewal in Zyxel Marketplace

We initially launched auto-renewal on the marketplace for end-users, providing ongoing access to Zyxel Networks licenses and services. Here are the advantages when you enable auto-renewal: 

• Continuous network protection, no interruptions
• Auto-renewal guarantees price stability; it only decreases, never increases
• Easily cancel subscriptions with a single click

How to enable auto-renewal for your ATP/USG FLEX/USG FLEX H series in Zyxel Marketplace?

Step 1: Click the AUTO-RENEWAL button shown in ATP/USG FLEX/USG FLEX H Series

Step 2:

[for USG FLEX H series]

Click the 'Add to Cart' button. The recommended license plan for the auto-renewal service is the yearly-paid option. If you want to change the details, please click the 'Edit' button to go to the License Selection Details page, then click 'Continue' after updating the license payment plan.

[for ATP/USG FLEX series]

After clicking the 'AUTO-RENEWAL' button, you will be automatically redirected to the License Selection Details page. Then, click 'Confirm'.

Step 3: After clicking 'Confirm Order,' you'll enter the Confirm Order Page to proceed with checkout. After checkout, review your plan details on the 'My Plan' page, and you're all set!
