Is there a replaceable fuse?

I have a GS1510-24. Today I had to turn off switch for an internet reset on my home internet set up. When i turned it back on all the yellow lights flashed several times and then went off. Is this a fuse issue or can I reset the switch?. Any assistance would be much appreciated
