Fehler bei L2TP VPN ATP 500

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe mit einmal das Problem, dass sich kein Windows Client mehr per VPN über L2TP verbinden kann.

Er bricht ohne Fehlermeldung einfach ab.

In der Log erkenne ich leider auch nicht die Ursache.

könnt Ihr mir hierbei helfen?

    I am not an expert, but your log in the screenshot only contains info about normal packets.

    You need a debug log, bigger/longer than the normal information log.

    Anyway, I defer to the Zyxel team members for further assistance. Maybe you will be asked to activate some form of Zyxel Support access in your firewall configuration.

    MacOS ist für uns als Unternehmen in Bezug auf bestehende Fachverfahren keine Option.

    Den Registry Eintrag habe ich natürlich vorher schon gesetzt.

    Leider funktioniert es nicht.

    Hi @Asgard ,

    Here is my Finding, I tried to test the VPN from my windoes client.

    1)The traffic from my computer is like:

    My IP → Gateway IP : 4500

    GatewayIP:4500 → My IP:4500 (Reply ICMP type3 code 10 which means administratively prohibited)

    But the firewall does not send the kind of packets from interface.

    2)And your laptop under the router can connecct VPN without issue, which means the L2TP process on Firewall is well.

    So , please try to reboot and check if any blocking on upper device.
