second question regarding the Zyxel SCR 50AXE

hi,

I may be actually thinking of getting this security router: Zyxel SCR 50AXE

the price looks good respect to the zyxel usg flex 100.

my question is this I want to put the Zyxel SCR 50AXE between my ISP router and MY router like this:

ISP ROUTER → Zyxel SCR 50AXE → MY ROUTER → SWITCH

will the Zyxel SCR 50AXE be able to be put between my ISP and my router as explained above? or will I have issues?

    Hi @antoniocerasuolo

    Yes the topology seems to be working with the SCR 50AXE. The SCR50AXE can work with PPPoE / DHCP /Static IP internet connections. However, by referring to this topology, there could be a potentially double NAT in your network which may bring to unexpected result to certain applications which should be considered when deploying it.
