Hello! Updated USG20W-VPN (USG FLEX 50W is displayed in the web interface) to version 5.37 (ABAR.2). After the update, the device rebooted and worked fine for about a week. Turned off the device. I did this as usual via the web interface. The SYS indicator has stopped lighting. I waited about 3 minutes and unplugged the power supply. After turning on the device, the PWR indicator lights up red, and the WLAN indicator blinks green, and so on ad infinitum. The device does not boot and does not respond to anything. What could have happened and how can I return the device to working condition?

Do you have another power supply, 12v 1.5A minimum?

Check polarities before connect power cable on the device and adapter to power socket.

Thanks for the answer. This is the first thing I tried. I connected 12V 18A from the PC power supply, nothing changed. (

Sorry, worth the try. 18A was a bit on the too big side for me but whatever…

Take a read on this document. Don't go for it, wait for a Zyxel representative before try, because I don't know if it's latest and most correct document.

mMontana, thanks for the link! I read this article. I was confused by the fact that the SYS indicator was blinking, while my WLAN was blinking green and the PWR light was red.

I'm also confused too. Maybe a Zyxel representative knows best.

Hello @Zyxel_Kevin.Yes, I tried. The device does not respond to the reset button. When connecting via the console, the TeraTherm program reacts to turning on the device, but cannot control it.
