Serial comunication not clear on USG FLEX 500 H

I have encountered a peculiar behavior during serial connections with
the USG FLEX 500 H. Specifically. I need to press the 'Enter' key multiple times to fully display all the expected output on the terminal.

May I know your firmware version? I didn't see this behavior with USGFLEX 500H 5.37P2. (I also take action "cmd reboot")
Moreover, does this behavior can be reproduced easily on Tera Term? Have you tried Putty?0
