I am trying to access a website we use and I keep getting an error.

This started happening once I installed the Zyxel USG 700 that I am using now.

I can not see anything in the logs for why it may be being blocked, but I came to the conclusion it is the router because I can get on another network, outside of the router, and get to the website just fine.

I have tried everything in between as well, the password and email are correct, different browsers, clear cache and history. Nothing works except get on another network to access the site.

    Is there any blocked log at monitor > Log > View log while accessing this website?

    What WAN IP you get without the USG 700 and with

    If the USG 700 is setup simple I can't think why it would cause a problem

    There are no logs.

    And we are an ISP. The 700 is just our office router. So being on my computer behind the office router I can not access that site, but if I am on a network that goes through our main router, I can access the site.

    So if you connect the 700 where your PC is to the main router then PC to 700 does that work?

    The 700 is techincally already connected to the main router. It has one of our public address from the main router and that is how it gets out to the world, so it's got to be something inside the 700 itself.

    But the WAN IP you test by your main router is not the same as what the 700 uses.
