Zyxel 5101 WAN Ethernet

Hi, I may have misunderstood the WAN Ethernet port. I thought I could set up the router to use DSL as primary and 5G as backup. But there is no PPPoE setting? Or do I miss that part? DSL is connected to a DSL Gateway (GM4100-B0).

Yes, you can indeed utilize DSL as the primary connection and cellular as a backup. To set up your Ethernet WAN connection for the NR5101, please refer to this FAQ article:
