ATP 500 HA SYNC ERROR

I have problem with HA between two ATP500.
While the Sync status is success, the conf has not been passed to the passive device.
Both of the routers have the same firmware 5.37.ABFU.2
When sync completes the only interface that it is up is P8 and when i turn off the primary
router the passive router starts with the default config .
Even with manual sync or automatic sync the messages are that the sync finished succesfully but the result is the same.

    Welcome to the Zyxel community. Could you please share screenshots (1. Configuration > Device HA > Device HA Status, 2. Configuration > Device HA > View Log , please obfuscate some sensitive information such as serial number, mac address etc.) with us? We would like to check the DH HA sync-up status on the device's local Web-GUI.

    Additionally, please assist in issuing the CLI command 'show running-config' on both the active and passive ATP500s respectively, and verify whether the content of the running configuration is the same or not. Thanks.
