    You can try 6 steps following:

    1. Step 1: Visit the Google Account Recovery Page.
    2. Step 2: Type in your Gmail username or ID.

    4. Step 4: Verification Using Another Device.
    5. Step 5: Waiting for the Password Reset Link.
    6. Step 6: Resetting Your Password.

    To recover your admin password for your Zyxel device, visit the login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. Enter your associated email address, then check your inbox for a recovery email from Zyxel to reset your password.
