MG-108 EOL? And if so, Limited Lifetime Warranty?

I happened to notice today on the global Zyxel site, that it mentions the MG-108 is EOL:

Yet, on the same page on the US site, no mention of EOL:

So, is the MG-108 EOL?

If it is, how is the Limited Lifetime Warranty affected? According to the warranty article, it says it should be 5 years after the EOL announcement:

    My MG-108 is fine, but I'm curious since it's a bit unclear.
