SSL don't works

in USG FLEX H Series

Hello

i'm tryng to set ssl vpn

I have

  • add in service Default_Allow_WAN_To_ZyWALL ssl service
  • add user and group
  • Add a rule in policy control: from wan to zywall, service sslvpn any allow
  • generate a certificate

Then download the file but not work.

In openvpn tell me: connection timeout

The firewall is behind a router in dmz, other service ( portfoward and other service works)

    can you port scan 10443 ?

    Also as your behind another router the config file for IP will be wrong and you need to correct that when you download the SSL VPN config or put in a DDNS for DNS name
