Is there any chance to convert config from zyxell zywall usg 300 to usg 310

I have a problem with converting the configuration file from zywall usg 300 to usg 310. When I try to convert the config using https://convert.cloud.zyxel.com/ I get a message saying fail. Is there any way to import an old configuration file into a new device.

    As I checked it locally, the configuration can be converted from USG300 to USG310.
    Can you private message your configuration for check further?
