My firewall USG FLEX100 enabled anti-malware but one of the computers is affected by baseauthenticity.co.in

What can I do in the firewall?

    Hi @simonwong ,

Based on the provided screenshots, it appears that the virus detection notification is coming from Firefox's advertisements. When you clicked on "baseauthenticity.co.in," McAfee issued a notification.

Our anti-malware feature does not detect or scan websites, so the issue you're experiencing is not related to the anti-malware feature.

Upon checking, the URL 'baseauthenticity.co.in' belongs to the 'Unrated' category on the Content Filter.

If you want to block this website, please use Web Content Filter feature add it to the Forbidden Web Sites - the block list of the Content Filter.

    Hi @simonwong ,

Zyxel's anti-malware feature protects your connected network from malware infections, including computer viruses, worms, and spyware.

To better support you, could you please share the following information with us:

    • Is it only the problematic computer that visits baseauthenticity.co.in, or do many computers visit the site with only one being affected?
    • Is the computer affected by simply visiting baseauthenticity.co.in, or does the infection occur after downloading files from the site?
    • How did you confirm that the computer is affected by baseauthenticity.co.in?

    Judy
