Extend Username and Password Length in Billing Setting

Since security is becoming increasingly important in companies, we would be pleased if the automatically generated usernames and passwords could be increased to 8-12 digits. Or even more.
Of course, it would be best if you could remove the drop-down menu and we could insert a number ourselves that meets our own requirements.

    Thank you for your suggestion regarding extending the username and password length in the billing settings.

    We've taken note of your suggestion to increase the automatically generated usernames and passwords to 8-12 digits or more, as well as the option to allow custom input for these credentials. Your feedback is valuable to us as we continuously evaluate ways to improve our products and services.

    We will continue to monitor this idea and gather feedback from other users in the Zyxel Community. If we see increased demand for this functionality, it may be considered for future updates.
