zyxel atp700 only 8 points

Hello. There is a zyxel atp700 with an activated secure service gold 1 year license. But for some reason it is possible to connect only 8 points in the access point controller

  1. Configuration > Licensing > Service
  2. Configuration > Wireless > AP Management > Mgnt. AP List
