hi,

after barely 2 years of service the POE switch is broken, all the LEDs are flashing, despite the so-called lifetime warranty it is impossible to find a contact at Zyxel for support!

Does anyone have a solution?

  Hi @Greg22,

  May I know if this switch keeps lighting all PoE port LEDs and all Link port LEDs from time to time? May I know if the issue still exists if you isolate the power cable of GS1008HP?

  Hi Melen,

  it happens after a few minutes of operation and even when nothing is plugged into it, it didn't do it before... so I don't see how it could be a shielding problem..

  Thanks for the video. I just wanted to make sure this issue is not due to insufficient power. I'm checking with my team and I will keep you posted.
