SSH automation

Dear colleagues,
Has anyone already managed to send commands to zyxel switches or routers via a plink or other command line ssh tools? I can connect via plink and putty manually but if I want to send commands I get an error message. I have tried several SSH command line tools already but I must overlook something.

This is an value of the TERM environmental variable determines what terminal emulation will be used to display characters to your screen.
When I SSH to device, the message also will display. If you use console cable between USG and PC, the message will not show out. However, it will not effect any operation on the device.
