XS1930-10 rack kit needed

Hi,
I need to mount a XS1930-10 in a 19" rack, but at some point the mounting kit has been disposed of. Neither support or I can locate a spare kit and official RMA don't seem to have any, so:
* Does anyone have the kit's part number?
* Do any other ( easily available ) kits fit it, OEM or no?
* Are there any drawings of the brackets available? I presume the screws are standard M3 or M4.

Hi @VanDisaster,
Since we attached the rack kit, for the 19" rack, to the brown box, have you checked your brown box? If you cannot find it, you may apply for an RMA ticket to ask for the rack kit.

There was an incident in a storage area & the brown box was disposed of without removing the contents, unfortunately. I wasn't aware I could use the RMA process for the kit though, thank-you. I assume I don't have to return the whole switch for that?

No, you don't need to return your switch. 😁 In addition, RMA will provide one if we have additional rack kits.
