Hi I don't have graphs on cpu or others when I clic on the line

I don't have anymore graphs on traffic

Since the version 5.39 of firmware

Is there anybody who can explain to me how to retreive graphs?

I don't receive automaticaly the daily report, the smtp server is correct because I receive the report when I clic to send the report now (but all graphs are empty)

    Is it possible to provide a remote PC so we can access your firewall to check? Please send me the remote information in a community message. The remote can be TeamViewer or AnyDesk. Please note that the remote password should be fixed so we can access it once the PC reboots.

    Hi, why do you need to reboot my pc?
    The problem is on zyxel because I don't see any graphs on the usg20w-vpn from several pc

    Hi @gmarin,

    About the PC reboot part, we have had many cases in which our customer provided us with a remote PC to check their issues. But somehow, they rebooted it for some reason, which caused us to have to wait for the new password. Therefore, we usually asked to set a static IP in case the user rebooted the PC by themself.

    I asked for the remote for this issue because I wanted to check the device's GUI and conduct a deeper investigation. The diag-info might not help in the investigation.
