    Ok

    I am using NCC so I can't really tell how to check the settings localy

    But there has to be something wrong with the WLAN settings for VLAN55.

    1. Traffic-Options should have Local Bridge enabled
    2. On Advanced Settings Layer2 Isolation and Intra-BSS Traffic Blocking need to be disabled

    hi,

    I also use NCC for the FLEX and AP. Only the switch needs local settings.

    I checked and the WLAN settings have Local Bridge and not Layer 2 isolation nor Intra-BSS Traffic Blocking.

    The wireless clients can communicate with each other; the problem is that the wired client can't communicate with the wireless clients.

    The local IP of the wired client is within the range of the wireless clients? I'm just asking this because I don't see how untagged or tagged traffic could have an impact.

    Layer2 traffic is handled by the switch. Nothing should block traffic on the same VLAN.

    Yes, the wired client has an IP that is from the same IP address range as the wireless, given by the same DHCP server on the FLEX.

    For me this appears as a mystery. The only explanation I can think of is that the switch would forward the packets from both ports upstream towards the gateway, and FLEX100 wouldn't send the required packets back to the switch. But I don't find any relevant setting from the GS1200-5HPv2 management interface, nor from the FLEX100 settings in NCC.

    Inter-VLAN routing goes thru the Flex100, and it eats up alot of bandwith. This should not be the case when all devices are on the same VLAN.

    Is it possible to connect the wired client over WLAN to see if the other devices show up?

    Yes. I activated a WLAN interface in the controller and routed the intra-VLAN traffic through it, and it works, while other traffic flows through the wired interface.

    Feels hackish, but I guess I can live with that for now.
