How do I make the SSL VPN work with the Security Policy Enabled

I have been through doc after doc and videos and follow them step by step to create an SSL VPN for outside employees. The only way I can get it to work is to turn off the Security Policy, What do I need to add to the Security policy and do I need to add anything to the NAT?
