Hi @Zyxel_Melen,
I need to power the two devices with a solar kit. I wanted to understand how much the real consumption is during normal operation to correctly size the solar panel and batteries.thanks

Hi @GuidoC,
Just curious, if you focus on the normal operation power, how do you handle when there's a power peak or maximum power loading situation?
This could cause the device to reboot and service down.

Hi @Zyxel_Melen,
for the power peak there is no problem. My solar kit supports up to 50W.
My question is: how much do the two devices consume on average in Wh? I need to know how many Watts the two devices consume per hour. From the documentation I see that the peak consumption is 16W, but I wanted to know the average consumption during normal operation.
Thank you0 -
Hi @GuidoC,
I checked with our product team, and the only result is the value on the datasheet. This result is tested with full loading. Since the normal operating power consumption is variable with different configurations, we could not provide a specific or average power consumption value. Instead, we suggest using the peak/maximum power consumption to evaluate and monitor the average power consumption after installation.
