V7.10 Patch 2 Release Notes?

I received an email from Zyxel on Thursday informing of the upgrade to Nebula (v18.30 ) in just over a weeks time.
It also stated that latest firmware would be released at the same time, and the following list includes my access point models:
- AP: NWA50AX, NWA50AX PRO, NWA55AXE, NWA90AX, NWA90AX PRO; NWA110AX, NWA210AX, WAX300H, WAX510D, WAX610D, WAX630S, WAX650S; NWA220AX-6E, WAX620D-6E, WAX640S-6E, WAX655E; NWA110BE, NWA130BE, NWA210BE, WBE510D, WBE530, WBE630S and WBE660S (V7.10 Patch 2)
Are there any release notes available for this version release yet? Or do we need to wait for the Nebula upgrade to be done before the firmware & release notes are posted?
I see we are jumping from v7.00 Patch 2 straight to v7.10 Patch 2, skipping a couple of releases (at least).
