It seems that all processes are piled up on CPU core 3

restart firewall solved the problem. BTW, Zyxcel support sucks

We regret not helping you as soon as possible. Since this issue was solved by restarting the firewall, please help to provide diag-info or even a remote so we can investigate this issue better.
