Where can I find any version of the firmware fro the Flex 200H?

in USG FLEX H Series

I can't find where to download the firmware for the flex 200H. I just bought and received the router yesterday, and when I try to update the firmware via the Firmware server. The download errors out with "download to your device failed". I then have another option to upload the file from my computer. The only problem is that it doesn't exist on your website.

    Unless given a firmware for bug fix the release firmware has to be downloaded by device or nebula

    does the Flex get a IP? and connected to internet when setting up?

    Could you please share your current USG FLEX 200H firmware version with us?

    If this is your first time setting up the USG FLEX H Series firewall, we recommend using the Firmware Wizard to upgrade to uOS 1.08 Patch 1 firmware first. Once completed, you can then proceed with upgrading to uOS 1.10 or above. For step-by-step guidance, please refer to the following post:

    The issue you're experiencing with the cloud firmware server may be caused by factors such as internet connection instability or DNS query failures. To address this, we suggest performing a manual firmware upgrade first and then trying the cloud server update again afterward.

    I'm having the exact same issue with a new Flex 200HP. Trying to upgrade the firmware via the initial setup wizard and despite being connected to the internet (I can browser websites, download files, etc.) the automated firmware upgrade process fails every time with "Download to your device failed". Again, I'm online and have no issues with doing anything else. Perhaps this is a bug?

    It then recommends downloading the firmware and updating manually, but you can't download this firmware from the website. Why would it suggest doing it manually if the firmware isn't available to download? When I try to download it, I just get redirected to myZyxel but this device clearly isn't there yet so no firmware can be downloaded.

    If someone could send me the firmware, that would be much appreciated. Better than that though would be fixing this issue or making the firmware available for download if the issue occurs.
