How to remove user from Flex(200) firewall

in USG FLEX H Series

Hi,

As the administrator account, I would like to remove one of the users from a Zyxel Flex 200 firewall.
The user's only group membership is the default "users" group.
But after marking the user from the list, all but the remove button is active.
Why is the "Remove" button inactive?
Is it a bug, was it ever meant to work, or something is holding back the user from deleting?

The user is not logged in, in any form.
I hope the answer is not the "restart the device!".

    Thank you for pointing out, the new firmware V1.31(ABWV.0) fixes it. I will test it when I can restart the device.

    37. [eITS#241200162] Unable to delete a user in User Authentication > User/Group > User. The button "Remove" is greyed out.

    If you click the user then reference you will see its linked to rules which you need to remove from to remove user

    Thank you for your quick answer, but I see no rules listed at this user.

    The rest of the users have only one rule: for 2FA.
