Problems with Version V1.30(ABXF.1) USG FLEX 100H
Hello, after upgrading 2 USG FLEX 100H devices from version 1.20 to V1.30(ABXF.1) there are multiple problems.
1.- Performance-bandwidth problems (The client has 1G internet access on the WAN and we only have 100M from LAN to WAN
2.- Sessions and traffic are not shown in the logs or Dashboard
3.- Traffic cannot be seen in the logs.
4.- Traffic between WAN and LAN is slow.
This is a big problem for my client and I need to resolve it as soon as possible.

To better understand and investigate the issues you're experiencing, it would be helpful if we could access your firewall remotely via the web GUI.

- How did you test the performance?
- What were the performance results before upgrading to version 1.30P1?
- Does the 1G internet access on the WAN refer to the ge1_PPP interface?

Hello,
We tested the performance by connecting only one PC directly to the Firewall.
Before the 1.30P1 update, the client had the maximum ISP speed.
800M symmetrical and even more.
Yes, the 1G access is PPoE.
WAN2 is 4G
Could you send me version 1.20 to try to give him a quick solution if the solution takes a while?

Hello Zyxel team,we have the same problems as @Pedroj with an "usgflex100hp".
The problems have been there since purchasing the USG in May 2024, even with the older firmware versions.
The following is the current system information:
Host Name: usgflex100hp
Firmware: V1.30(ACII.1) | 2024-11-08 07:32:53
Uptime: 15 days, 19:25:24
System Time: 2025-01-08 11:30:52
Boot Status:OK
Problem A: Session monitor: "0/300000" is always 0, so the session monitor has "no data".
Problem B: Throughput and performance primarily with Zoom and Teams sessions
Question: Will these problems ALSO be resolved for the usgflex100hp with the new firmware version announced at the end of January?

Regarding this issue, we have included the fix in our latest firmware, V1.31. We recommend upgrading your firewall to this latest version to benefit from enhanced security and performance improvements.

Hi Kay, thanks for your message.
So far I haven't been able to install the workaround file you sent me earlier (I can't remember the name at the moment) because the Flex100HP has to run 24/7 at the moment.
But I've already seen that you've released the new 1.31 version for the upgrade. Following your advice (but I already thought so), I'll install V1.31 next Sunday!Many thanks for the support and I'll give you feedbackJoerg
