Number of vlans in devices

I have a question, once I bought a swich smart 19xxx for a customer, I don't remember which one and I know that I was crazy, that I could only configure any 2 Vlans.
Could you tell me which devices have such limitations?

    Yes firmware i must update.

    If the information was so available in the manual I wouldn't ask. And I don't remember where I found the information about it. The switch supports 4k vlan but you can't define static ones than 2.
    For USG Flex it's similar but at least there is information but no one writes directly about it https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/17402/vln-limit-max-of-8

    Hi @tczauderna,

    XGS1930 series supports 4K dynamic VLAN and 1K static VLAN.

    I'm not sure why you cannot create more than two VLANs. Our handbook shows it can set up three VLANs for example. Please reference our handbook chapter 2.1 to configure VLANs:

    I will try to upgrade the firmware, maybe it will change something. I once found information about it somewhere, but I don't remember where. You know, now that I look at it, maybe it's a GUI bug and you can only configure 2 named VLANs and the rest from the so-called "finger" because I don't remember if I checked it

    If the issue happens again, please help to record the video so we can check this issue better. Additionally, you can try the tool "Jam" which can record your tab and save it on the cloud directly.
