ATP 500 and Web Gui unusable
I have an ATP 500 that is not directly exposed on the Internet.
Since this morning I can no longer reach the configuration web interface. It remains loading with Firmware 5.39 ABFU 1. And even some sites no longer load correctly.
Restoring the previous firmware version (5.39 ABFU 0) everything is OK.
To restore I used ‘debug mode’ by running the commands :
atcd 1
atgo
Probably an ATP200 alreo also has the same problem (but I will check this tonight)
Has anyone had the same problem?

we had the same issue. Only now there is this post https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/24159250192658-Firewall-Not-reachable-or-unresponsible-or-unable-to-boot-up .
We upgrade only one partition in case the new version has any problems. How do i know which is the backuppartition? Trial and error is the answer. Had a Flex and 2 ATPs for now.
Will there be an Signatureupdate that fixes this error or have i to recover any Box thats not reachable anymore?

I would recommend to temporarily disable App Patrol scheduled definition download until we know Zyxel removed bad definition. Your fixed devices will pull it again and go into the same unresponsive/rebooting loop.

Updating all signatures (including APP Patrol) with the old Firmware (5.39 ABFU 0) continues to work.Regards

Restoring to the old firmware version doesn't delete the issue signature. Please follow the FAQ to upgrade the date code firmware, which will delete the issue signature.

Hi,
Restoring from the old firmware (the one you made available) solves the problem. After that you need to update the signatures again.
I 've had to do it 2 times because the Patrol APP signatures were again not usable and were messing up the machine.
I have been a customer of yours for over 15 years but this just won't do.D.
