Hi @Deewa ,
The NAP303 supports two power options:
- DC Input: 12V DC, 2A
- Power over Ethernet (PoE): IEEE 802.3at compliant
Please ensure you use either a compatible 12V/2A power adapter or an 802.3at-capable PoE switch/injector to power the device.
By the way, please be aware that the NAP303 model has reached its EOL status. For optimal performance and support, we recommend exploring our current switch offerings here:

According to the manual, the NAP303 consumes 17.04W, so you need to use an 802.3af PoE injector.
Name - IEEE Standardard - Max. power per port
PoE - IEEE 802.3af - 15,4 W
PoE+ - IEEE 802.3at - 30 W
PoE++ - IEEE 802.3bt - 60 W0
