ZYWALL 8443 NOT ACCESSIBLE
Good evening everyone,
we have an ATP100 that works correctly for ports napped to a NAS TCP 20001 TCP 80 and TCP 443 based on the policies chosen by limiting reachability to my FQDN because I have a dynamic IP connection in the office.
The reachability problem of port 8443 configured for the firewall GUI occurred after the connectivity change.
Before we had a modem router in DMZ to the firewall, now we have an ONT with a PPPoE vlan connection provided by the operator.
Can anyone help us?
Thanks

You need to update your NAT rules to WAN_ppp if its just to the GUI
do a port scan at
GRC | ShieldsUP! — Internet Vulnerability Profiling
and packet capture maybe you ISP is blocking 8443 ?

I have the same problem with the PING service, but even configuring the NAT rule something doesn't add up, I can't choose the service even if it's in the list of services.
How do I solve it? Thanks.

Doing Ping NAT is a secret in Zyxel I have some rules that need this. I order to NAT ping you must make a service group with ping.
