FWA510 only getting 3mb wireless connection

Just bought this router and thought it was just plug & play, after watching (Youtube) My area map shows I should get 5g from ee. I have got an ee sim card loaded and I have bought a Poyntings Xpol 4x4 antenna and still no better. any help appreciated thanks Ian

    The wireless connection speed test results for the FWA510 are influenced by multiple factors, including network topology, choice of speed testing tool, wireless client device type, distance between FWA510 and test client, ...

    We recommend conducting another test by:

    • Connecting your wireless client directly to the FWA510's SSID
    • Positioning the client at a short distance from the FWA510
    • Using this online speed test tool to measure the connection speed

    And share the test result with us.
