nwa50ax not connecting to new wifi router

Hi, we have a nwa50ax used to extend our home wifi out to a garden room. We have just updated our wifi router but the nwa50ax won't connect to the new router. Not very tech savvy so not sure what to try next. Now have a nebula app and access to the nebula control centre (new since we first installed the zyxel AP) Our nwa50ax is wired.

Did you check the IP address of your NWA50AX is in the correct subnet of your new router? You need to ensure it is first, or your NWA50AX will not be able to access the Internet or Nebula control center. The below FAQ is a guide to troubleshooting the AP offline issue:
