GS1920P48 - Vendor ID Based VLAN Setup
Hi,
I have a couple of GS1920 switches, and I want to use Vendor ID Based VLAN setup to automatically assign vlan`s to the equipment connected to the different ports.
Ex.: I have a PBX connected to a port with default vlan 80, when i connect a telephone to a random port on the switch, the port gets vlan 80 assigned as it should. But I don`t have any traffic from the PBX to the phone. Looks like there are no connection from the fixed port to the dynamic port. Is there any guide to how this should be setup correctly?

Hi @uggiz,
Vendor ID-based VLAN will check the device MAC address (OUI) to add VLAN ID. So, you don't need to worry about the PVID.
