    Hi @JonA,

Please describe more details about your question. Do you mean the AP LED or anything else? If is related to any web GUI, please also share the screenshot with us.

Apologies for my lack of clarity, in the nebula control centre my NWA50AX PRO access point is showing a status in orange. When I look into the device the uplink is only showing 10/100mbps link speed. This device is hardwired from a TP Link PoE switch.

Maybe you have a bad cable run?

Thanks. That was my first thought but its a new cable install and had the electrician test it twice. Its hard wired into a TP Link PoE switch, everything else connected works a full speed.

I suggest bring the AP to the PoE and test with a short cable to be sure.

I take it the TP Link PoE switch is 1Gb?

That's a very good idea thank you and one that I have overlooked. I've tried swapping everything else around but not that. I guess if that works then it must the cable install.

Yes, its a 5 port gigabit switch

    Hi @JonA,

The orange status is because your AP has alerts. You can hover the mouse over the icon to find the problem. Based on the information you provided, this is because the uplink is 10/100Mbps.

Please check if your switch only supports 100Mbps. If not, please try to change a cable or a switch port to check this issue.
