Rogue AP detection

Hi,

I have NWA210ax with the latest firmware. After one reboot 2 days ago (I was changing PoE switches) the AP stopped identifying rogue devices. I tried to disable that option, re-enable it, click 'detect now' - nothing. Eventually, I rebooted it and it started working, which is not called "a solution' in a business environment ;-)

Any ideas HOW to fix it if it happens next time without a reboot?

    Hi @mar0001 ,

We tried to reproduce the issue you reported with the NWA210AX using the latest firmware version but were unable to do so. The NWA210AX still displays the rogue AP-related information even after unplugging it from the PoE switch and reconnecting it.

Please confirm whether your NWA210AX is running the latest firmware as V7.10(ABTD.1). If the issue recurs in the future, please collect the NWA210AX diagnostic file before rebooting the AP.

    Firmware: V7.10(1)

I have tested it in the last 24 hours, I added another AP this morning and it was correctly identified by my Zyxel AP. I will keep an eye on it and collect all info / contact you before I reboot it.

    Thank you!
