How old is my USG20?

I want to find out how old a USG20-VPN router is. I have the serial number, but I can't find any place to apply that information to find the production date. Any clue, anyone?

You can check your USG20-VPN-related information in the myzyxel portal under Devices menu.

If you can't find the information you need, please send us the MAC address or serial number via a private message by clicking My Account > Message.

Could you let us know why you want to check your USG20-VPN's production date? Are you verifying the warranty period or something else?

I'm sure there is no warranty anymore ;-) It's one of our customers FW. We want to plan future replacement for network equipment on their site, and in order to prioritze right, it would be great to have knowledge of how old things are.
