IPSec ZyWALL VPN Client

hi everybody,

i've a mistake on a Computer with the client ZyWALL IPSec VPN, you can see the picture. i have an error in the computer manager, devices manager, on thegreenbow vpn miniport enumerator.

i've tried to uninstall / reinstall zywall ipsec vpn client but not working. Can you help me please ?

with this problem, i don't get a virtual network card in relation with the VPN client, it means i dont get an IP and i dont have access to the network

    Hi @steve15f

    It looks the virtual interface did not install successfully.

    You can upgrade your windows to latest version first, and try to re-installing VPN client again.
