Allow External IP on USG FLEX 100
Hello , I installed USG FLEX 100 to permit external access with my smartphone to view internal camera but doesn't work. I verified pubblic IP , NAT rule and Mac Address and all seems ok.
But at the moment I can't view from smartphone (with APP ) . With previous Firewall USG 40 with same Pubblic IP and NAT works fine.
I informed Service Provider and not filter are applied to lock any IP.
It seems some internal rule (default rule or Policy) do not permit external access
I need support to check some wrong configuration

Please share the following information with us via private message (click on my account > Message):
- The USG FLEX 100's configuration file
- The IP addresses of your internal camera and smartphone
- Screenshots showing the issue when attempting to view the internal camera from your smartphone app

How do you view the camera? by Public IP? dose the FLEX100 have the Public IP on WAN interface?
Maybe you have camera smartphone on different networks? check you port role? or maybe your IP of the camera has changed and NAT rule is wrong?
If TCP check the port at GRC
