Hi all,

I just replaced my old Zyxel USG 20W with a new USG 200H (with gold licence) and I'm having problems.
Here is a first problem, the upload speed is stuck at 5 Mbit while i have an internet line with 30 Mbit.
BWM is not actif and i don't apply "Application Patrol", "Content Filter" and "SSL Inspection"

Here are the test results:
PC -> Switch -> Firewall USG200H -> BBox 3: 5 Mbit
PC -> USG200H -> BBox 3: 5 Mbit
PC -> BBox 3: 30 Mbit

Here my network diagram

Here my wan test result :

Does anyone have any idea what the source of the problem is?
I've had ZYXEL routers for 20 years without ever encountering any problems, but this one feels like a beta test, given the GUI that crashes regularly and the various issues.

    Okay, I found the source of the problem.
    I deleted the BWM rule I had created for the guest VLAN (250) but it was disabled, and I disabled the BWM module. After that, upload speed go to 30Mbit.
    I then enabled the BWM module and recreated the rule for the guest VLAN (250), and it seems to be working.
    I have the impression that the firmware is buggy because for the past three days I've been configuring this firewall and I've had quite a few unexplained problems that were resolved either by deleting the configuration and restarting it, or sometimes simply by restarting the device.

    Thanks @PeterUK for your time and research.

    A little additional information.
    If I add a BWM shared rule for VLAN 4 with 5 Mbps upload speed and test from VLAN 2, the upload speed from VLAN 2 drops to 5 Mbps. Even if I disable the rule, the problem persists. You need to change the rule type to Per-Source-IP to restore normal speed on VLAN 2.

    When you tested PC ->USG200H -> BBox 3 did you unplug P1 and P2? and test PC on P6 of the USG

    Hi @PeterUK ,

    Thanks for your reply.

    I don't unplug P1 and P2 because i plug my pc on P3 which is individually configured on a other isolated network.

    Here interfaces list :

    If you can unplug all just the P7 and PC on a 1Gb port for the USG to be sure you get slow speed like that.

    the problem might be MTU setting? you being on PPPOE?

    Ok,
    I just tested it by disconnecting P1 and P2 and connecting only P7 to wan and P3 on my pc.
    After this action, the router crashed again. This is part of a second recurring problem I have with this model which crashes regularly when I touch the configuration from gui. In this case I am forced to restart it from the interface otherwise it continues to crash in a loop every 2-3 minutes.Unfortunately.

    Well, after restarting and finding a stable situation, I did the test again and i have the same result.

    Test with only my pc on P3 → USG 200H → BBOX 3 and nothing else connected to the zyxel.
