Bit disappointing if you can't change the MAC I guess you might have to consider a FLEX?

FLEX is more expensive, I don't see the point in overpaying for unused features. And SCR have UTM functions without subscription.

You may add it to the idea list

It's useless, Zyxel doesn't listen to users. For the Zyxel LTE3301-Plus router in 2021, I requested the MAC change function, technical support replied that they had been requesting this feature for two years already and it still doesn't exist. Zyxel thinks that we don't need it.
There are a lot of requests on the forum for adding new features, very few of them have been implemented.

Currently, we don't have this feature, however, it's already in our future feature queue.

Is there a deadline for the implementation of these future functions?

Thank you for your feedback. After our evaluation, this feature has been added to our roadmap for the USG LITE 60AX model only, however, we don't have an implement schedule yet. If you need this feature urgently, I suggest upgrade the model to USG FLEX 50H.

To be able to connect the MAC to the WAN port, it is recommended that you replace the $200 device with an $800 device. This is complete nonsense🤬.And to implement this function for USG LITE 60AX in Zyxel someday means never.I would prefer to consider options for replacing Mikrotik equipment.
