Migrating from USG210 to FLEX500H

in USG FLEX H Series

I downloaded file startup-config.conf from my USG210 V4.73(AAPI.2). I was able to convert it FLEX500 successfully.

I then go to the migration tool to convert from FLEX500 to FLEX500 H and I get this error.

    Please check if the model at the top of your config is USGFLEX500. If so, change it to USG FLEX 500.
    If it still doesn’t work, feel free to PM me your config.
    We’ll fix this issue in future updates.

    Hello.

    This topic caught my interest.

    I found the converter website     https://convert.cloud.zyxel.com/ and I am exploring its capabilities.
    However, I have no idea how to convert a configuration from FLEX200 to FLEX500H.

    Due to the differences in port quantity and other related specifications, the Configuration Converter is only capable of converting configurations from same level of Firewalls, which means it only convert configuration from the USG FLEX 200 to the USG FLEX 200H, not USG FLEX 500H.

    I saw your private message, the problem is that the model name of the converted configuration is USGFLEX500, which is incorrect. It only works when it's USG FLEX 500. This issue will be fixed in the official release.

    Known issue that the model would be USGFLEX500 after converting.

    Changing it to USG FLEX 500, then it works.

    you can open the converted USG FLEX 500 config file with txt, and adjust it manually, then you can convert it to USG FLEX 500H
