Urgent: Lack of VLAN over LAG functionality on USG FLEX 700H

Hello,

We are deeply disappointed that the USG FLEX 700H, despite being a high-tier and newer product, does not support publishing VLANs over LAG—a feature that was readily available on older devices, such as the ATP500.

This omission severely impacts our deployments, and our client has expressed significant dissatisfaction, going so far as to consider legal action.

We urgently request an update regarding when this critical functionality will be implemented. If this feature is not made available promptly, we will unfortunately have no choice but to initiate a product return.

    We understand this feature is critical for your deployments. VLAN over LAG functionality will be available in firmware version V1.35, with an expected release in mid-July 2025.

    We will also announce new firmware release on new release category. Please follow this category for the new update.
