Hello everyone,

if you try to attach a diag file from Zyxel products you get an error message:

Please consider to allow to upload also .tar.bz2 files

    I don't remember exactly when or where, but I think I have seen something written about the reason for files directly from Zyxel products should not be allowed, is that the forum owners or maintainers want the users to at least add 1 manual step in the process, like converting the Zyxel file to a Zip archive file before uploading.

    I don't have the exact wording at hand, so I will wait for someone from the Zyxel team to post an explanation about this, just to get the text quoted correctly.

    Hi @smb_corp_user

    I am used to share those files with Zyxel engireneering team via a crypt cloud service, with password for download. Anyway you cannot upload these specific files neither via PM, not only on the public forum
