No apps will load when I connect to my new Zyxel wifi does anyone know why?

Hi,

I recently switched to Zyxel and none of my devices in the house will load apps when they connected to the WiFi, I have no idea why and hve tried everything from clearing cache playing with mac address changing from 2.4 to 5ghz, restarting the devices, uninstalling some of the apps and reinstalling them. I have tried it all, nothing seems to fix the problem, the apps will load in but nothing loads after that, so for example 'x' will load into the app but there's nothing showing in the background. Please help
