UTM Bundle License Refund or Upgrade Option Inquiry

I would like to inquire about the possibility of returning or exchanging a license from the equipment. I recently purchased and activated a UTM Bundle license for my USG FLEX 100 firewall. However, I later realized that I actually need it the Gold Security Pack, which includes additional features such as Sandboxing, Reputation Filter, and Secure WiFi.

Could you please let me know if it is possible to deactivate and return the UTM Bundle license so I can purchase the Gold Security Pack instead? Alternatively, is there a complementary license that can be added to my existing UTM Bundle to unlock those additional features?

Your guidance and support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    To proceed with your request, we recommend purchasing the Gold Security Pack first to avoid any potential security gap. If we process the UTM Bundle refund before you activate the Gold Security Pack, your device may temporarily lose protection.

    Once the purchase is complete, please send me a private message with the Order IDs of both the UTM Bundle license and the newly purchased Gold Security Pack license.

    After receiving the details, we will assist you with the refund process for the UTM Bundle license.
